A complete Base and Rover RTK system is available for $23,000 exGST. The S980A with its 5 watt UHF radio is the base station and the robust S850+ is the roving receiver.
Stonex S80G handheld RTK and PPK receiver
The Stonex S80G is a handheld RTK tablet that uses is a 1,408 channel dual frequency GNSS receiver module that receives all available Satellite constellations to achieve 2cm horizontal accuracy when in your hand. Using the easy to use preloaded CubeA survey software you can efficiently carry out GIS and land survey tasks. Drawings and image files for a background map can be imported and allows you to collect precise positions and other data such as photos whilst in the field. The tablet is is built tough with an IP rating of IP67. Its 1280 x 800 pixels and 800 nits screen allows for easy viewing even in direct sunlight. It’s operating system is Android 13, has a 4G modem and 8200mAh QC3.0 quick charge battery.
The S80G can can get centimetre level accuracy in real time through the reception of RTK corrections transmitted by a network of GNSS Reference Stations. It can also record the raw data GNSS data for post processing (PPK) in the office. This allows the operator to work in areas with no mobile phone coverage.
It is supplied with a dual frequency GNSS antenna that connects directly with the 8″ Tablet to give position accuracy of 2cm. It can also be connected to a survey GNSS antenna setup on a 2m survey pole to improve the position accuracy to 1cm and to 2cm vertically.

Stonex S580 GNSS antenna for RTK and GIS surveying
The Stonex S580+ is a compact light GNSS receiver that achieves centimetre level accuracy in horizontal and vertical. The S580+ is a dual frequency receiver 1408 channel GNSS receiver that tracks all available satellite constellations. It makes an ideal receiver for GIS data acquisition and surveying in a marine environment. The included arm strap is ideal for freedom of movement and to keep hands free.
The S580+ can communicate with an external device such as a tablet, smartphone or PC through Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. Thanks to its internal web interface the receiver can be configured and prepared to receive RTK corrections over the internet to obtain centimetre position accuracy. It can connect to a Stonex rugged tablet listed below using their survey App called CubeA. The rubber non slip housing makes it water resistant and dust proof and water proof with an IP67 rating. Stonex SC400A GNSS receiver
SC400A GNSS CORS Receiver
The SC400A is a multipurpose GNSS receiver. It can be used for static applications as a Continuously Operating Reference station,(CORS), or as the base station for general GNSS land surveying. It can also be coupled to a Bluetooth tablet and used as a rover for Real Time Kinematic surveys (RTK).
This GNSS receiver is enclosed in a very strong compact case. It has WiFi, Bluetooth and a 9 pin serial port for easy connectivity. It could easily be worn on a belt making easy to use both hands in the field.

Multipurpose GNSS Receiver
The new SC600+ is a great multipurpose GNSS receiver. It can be used for static applications such as CORS, or as a monitoring station, or as a base station. As a roving system it is great for kinematic surveys, for Machine Control, Precision Farming and Bathymetric surveys when correct heading is important.
Heading Functionality
The receiver has the possibility to connect two external GNSS antennas, the first provides the GNSS position while the second gives the direction of movement; this allows the SC600+ to be used in all those applications where reliability, accuracy and positioning solutions are required.
Maximum Connection
The SC600+ comes standard with all necessary connectivity. It has an integrated UHF radio and a 4G GSM modem with SIM card slot for RTK surveys achieving 1cm accuracy soon after startup. The operator can easily connect to the unit by Bluetooth or Wi-Fi using a simple and intuitive Web UI. The operator can also choose to use the Stonex’s Surveying App CubeA on an android tablet.

Stonex S850+ GNSS receiver
The Stonex S850+ include an internal UHF radio and IMU. It is a 800 channel receiver with dual frequency using 6 satellite constellations (GPS, Glonass, Galileo, BeiDou, QZSS and IRNSS) as well as SBAS to give maximum satellite coverage when working in narrow open cut mines or among tall buildings. The receiver can also be configured using its WebUI with a WiFi connection to any computer or tablet that uses a web browser.
The S850+ can receive Precise Point Positioning from either Galileo or Beidou satellites. PPP (Precise Point Positioning) is a positioning technique that removes or models GNSS system errors to provide a high level of position accuracy from a single receiver.
It is also capable of RTK surveys using its UHF radio or its 4G modem as the communication link. The CubeA survey App that is installed on the Stonex UT12P tablet has great functionality whilst still being extremely easy to use. It can display a Google satellite image of your work area and points and other data such as photos can be easily exported by email when using the CubeA App.

Stonex S900+ GNSS receiver
Stonex S900+ is a compact, high-performance, 800 channel GNSS receiver that is looks similar to the S850A but includes two rechargeable battery slots. The 2 batteries have charge indicators and there is a power display on the front panel. It uses all 6 satellite constellations (GPS, Glonass, Galileo, BeiDou, QZSS and IRNSS) that gives maximum satellite coverage when working in narrow open cut mines or amongst tall buildings. It has multiple communications ports to output data to a computer or instrument. The receiver can also be configured on any computer or tablet or phone using an open Web User Interface. It has an IMU to give correct for position and height when the pole is not able to be kept level.
The S900+ can receive Australia’s SBAS signal called ‘SouthPAN’. This service currently improves the receivers position to 0.6m anywhere in Australia and N.Z. for no cost. In 2027 it is planned for the SouthPAN service to improve position accuracy to better than 10cm through a service called PPP (Precise Point Positioning). It is a positioning technique that removes or models GNSS system errors to provide a high level of position accuracy from a single receiver. Once the corrections are calculated, they are delivered to the end user via a communications satellite.
It is also capable of RTK surveys using its UHF radio or its 4G modem as the communications link. The CubeA survey App that is installed on the UT12P Android tablet has great functionality whilst still being extremely easy to use. With an internet connection an aerial image of your work area can be displayed and recorded data can be simply exported by email from the App.
